Oct 07, Our stay was quite nice and lovely we were even upgraded to the aussie chalet which was really beautiful and we loved it and even the room was quite good, just in the end after the check out we checked in to another hotel in pune which was 3 hrs drive from aamby valley we found out we have left our original ids in aamby valley which obviously at the reception during check in procedure the staff took and forgot to return it and did not bother to return the same even in 2 days neither did they inform us by any modes of communication which was quite a disappointment and they were also not ready to help us as we had a flight in few hours and we needed the originals to enter the airport so finally after so many calls they were ready to send the driver which was already coming to pick someone from the airport.
